• Returns & Exchanges: Prescription orders may be returned by contacting the optical team within 30 days of purchase for a refund or (1) remake if unsatisfied.  You may email our team using the form here.
  
• Personal Care: A Shady Rays optical team member personally reviews every order to ensure that it will be made perfect for you.
